STRESS MANAGEMENT WITH SIR MANDAL

Second year nursing students from section U, V, W and S attended the Stress Management Seminar held last August 1, 2007 at the AVR 1 of UC Banilad. This seminar was a collaborative effort of the Guidance Office of the University of Cebu - Banilad Campus, Nursing Student Body Organization (NSBO), and the Community Extension Services and Development of the Nursing Department of UB Banilad. Factors that induce stress were identified and were extensively discussed.

The Stress Management seminar was ably conducted by the Student Affairs Office Director (SAO) Mr. Mars Mandal.
